Training to scale Mt. Whitney

As I write this, our core team member Amit has been training diligently to scale Mt. Whitney next week to kick off our fundraising. Part of this story started in June 2007 when Amit's left knee ligament tore for the third time. After months in a cast, physiotherapy, swimming to strengthen the knee, he has now been running ~30 miles per week for the last 3 months.

The real challenges of this Whitney trip are the dramatic change in altitude and climbing up and down 6,000 feet in a day.

Help us prove ideas really do have the power to move mountains. There is a Donate button on the right and we welcome any support, we suggest $10.
